In order to use this machine you must have succesfully completed the following courses:

  • general safety introduction course
  • introduction to the plaster workshop
  • Tie long hair back
  • Wear proper workshop clothes
  • Wear a dust mask
  • Wear safety glasses

Concrete Mixer overview

  1. Power switch
  2. Timer
  3. Opening Handle
  • Select mixing time (2) (90 or 180 seconds, at ∞ you have to switch off manually)
  • Open the lid (3) and fill in material (less than 20 kg)
  • Switch the machine on (1) during the lid is open
  • Close the lid (agitation starts automatically)
  • If you choose ∞ switch of the machine manually (1)
  • Open the lid and remove the mixed material
  • Clean the machine profoundly (bucket, stirrer and machine)

Things of importance

  • Cement dusk is unhealthy; it there is a lot of dust, everyone in the room should wear a mask.
  • Clean the machine immediately after use. First cleaning step is to fill water in the bucket and switch the machine on.

  • Wear a dust mask
  • Wait a minute before opening the lid

Sandblaster Overview

  1. Power switch for light
  2. Closure of the lid
  3. Open Lid
  4. Lever for compressed air (opened position)

Inside:
Gloves and pistol

Things of Importance

  • Open the lever for compressed air (like it’s shown in the overview picture)
  • Put the piece into the machine and close it
  • Lid must be well closed before sandblasting
  • Wear a dust mask
  • Put your hands into the gloves and start sandblasting using the pistol
  • Blast rectangular to the object
  • Close the compressed air line after you have finished (turn it 90 degree)
  • Wait a minute to open lid and remove piece

In order to use this machine you must have succesfully completed the following courses:

  • general safety introduction course
  • introduction to the plaster workshop
  • Do not wear gloves 
  • Tie long hair back
  • Wear proper workshop clothes
  • Work piece must rest on the table at all times
  • Use only allowed material: plaster

Bandsaw for Plaster Overview

Things of Importance

  • For cutting dry plaster it’s recommended to use a dust mask.
  • Make sure the vacuum cleaner is plugged in and turns on
  • Never work from behind the bandsaw, pulling the workpiece
  • Use only light pressure to avoid blade deflection
  • Turn off the machine before pulling back the workpiece
  • Always support your workpiece on the machine table
  • Always use both hands to guide your workpiece while cutting it
  • Avoid cutting narrow curves
  • Clean the machine every time after use.
