  • Sanding Area: max. 190mm on the left side of the disc

In order to use this machine you must have succesfully completed the following courses:

  • General safety introduction course
  • Introduction to the wood workshop
  • Do not wear gloves 
  • Tie long hair back
  • Wear proper workshop clothes
  • Work piece must rest on the table at all times
  • Sand only on the left half of the sanding disc
  • Use only allowed materials

  • PU-Foam like Renshape, Obomodulan, Sikaplate, Ureol or similar
  • Plate material like MDF, LDF, Chipboard, Plywood, OSB or similar
The disc sander can not be used for any type of metal, glas, plaster, concrete or thermo plastics!

Things of Importance

  • Prepare your work piece to minimize sanding 
  • Use only the left side of the sanding disc (2)
  • Adjust the miter gauge (3) or machine table if necessary
  • For working with small work pieces use the available jigs 
  • Use only light pressure to avoid heat accumulation and let the machine do the work
  • Move your work piece while sanding to avoid heat accumulation
  • Always support your work on the machine table
  • Use a try square to check your work frequently
  • Remember that the disc sander removes more material on the outer side
